My stay at Byron Bay Hotel and Apartments was a mixed bag. The central location was perfect for accessing everything Byron has to offer, but I encountered some significant issues with noise and room maintenance. The friendly staff and convenient parking were definite highlights, but overall, I'd say the experience didn't quite match the price I paid.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious and came with a jet bath, but I did notice some maintenance issues like chipped walls and pulled carpet. Additionally, the noise from the nearby street made it hard to sleep at night.
Service

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were pleasant. I appreciated their quick response when I requested a room change due to noise. However, I found the requirement to present a physical card upon check-in quite inconvenient.
Location

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Byron Bay. I loved being within easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the beach. However, the lively atmosphere also came with significant noise at night.
Dining

I didn't dine in the hotel, but there were many great options right across the street for breakfast and snacks. It was incredibly convenient and added to the overall experience.

The onsite parking was a huge plus, especially in a busy area like Byron Bay. Additionally, the laundry facilities were handy, but the need for continual parking validation was a bit annoying.

I recently stayed at Byron Bay Hotel And Apartments, and while there were some positives, it ultimately fell short of expectations. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and local cafés, which I loved. However, the cleanliness of my room was concerning, especially with issues like mould in the bathroom. Overall, I think I would look for other options in Byron Bay next time.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Byron Bay Hotel And Apartments. While the location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything and just a short walk to the beach, I ran into several issues. The wifi was awful and made it difficult to stay connected, plus the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there were definitely areas that need improvement.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious but dark, and there was an oppressive feeling that forced me to keep the lights on all the time. I found it to be poorly cleaned; dust covered everything, which was quite disappointing.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I was shocked by their lack of communication. I accidentally left a bag in the room, and nobody called to inform me, which I find unacceptable given I was in the area all day.

The location couldn't have been better. It was super close to the beach and right in the center of Byron, making it easy for me to explore local shops and cafes. Plus, the underground parking was a bonus.
Dining

Although I didn't dine in-house much, the nearby cafes offered excellent breakfast options. This convenience was great, especially when I didn’t feel like cooking.
Facilities

I was pleased with the parking situation and the fact that the hotel had grocery shopping services. However, the wifi was a major letdown and didn’t work well at all, which is a big issue in this day and age.

I had a mixed experience at Byron Bay Hotel And Apartments. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Byron Bay, making it easy to explore the area and walk to the beach. However, I faced issues with noise from the street and the restaurant below, which affected my sleep. While the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, some amenities could have been better stocked. Overall, I might look for a quieter place next time. 🌊🌴

The decor of the apartment was lovely, but I encountered issues such as poor Wi-Fi and noise from the street and neighboring restaurant.
